Registration is free of charge and includes participation, lunches, and tea and coffee. Participants must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Accommodation:

The İzmir Institute of Technology (İYTE) campus is located in the Urla district, approximately 50 km away from İzmir city center. Is is easier to travel to İYTE from the local district. For KYK Student Dormitory, we are in contact with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye.

There will be a shuttle service each day between Üçkuyular and Izmir Institute of Technology for attendees.

Between Fahrettin Altay – İYTE, the entrance of the campus can be seen at the crossroads of Çeşme and Karaburun, 5 km after exiting the Izmir – Çeşme highway from Karaburun toll booths.
